Alison Bested is a hematological pathologist specializing in medical problems related to CFS, FM and multiple chemical sensitivities. In addition to private practice, she teaches medical students and residents at the Environmental Health Clinic at Women’s College Hospital in Toronto. She lives in Toronto, Ontario.

Alan Logan is a doctor of naturopathic medicine. He is the nutrition editor of the International Journal of Naturopathic Medicine. He lives in Westchester, New York.

Russell Howe is a lawyer specializing in medical disability cases. He lives in Aurora, Ontario.
