Conference Report
The X Effects Conference took place on April 1, 2009 and brought together clinicians, human resource professionals, corporate executives, policy makers, researchers, educators, healthcare workers and the interested public.
The group explored themes that affect women with mental health concerns in the workplace such as the impact of social factors, the nature of common mental health issues, innovative practices that are emerging and how people can improve the environment in the workplace and beyond.
