In addition to limiting your exposure to triggers in your home, at work and in your environment in general, there are also changes you can make to improve your energy level and sleep better, such as listening to your body, moderating your activity level, eating a well-balanced, nutritious diet, and getting the support you need. These strategies will help you to manage your symptoms and improve your sense of well-being.
